Savor innovative dishes created by Chef Paul Huang --- from the intensely-flavored Blackened Beef Salad tossed in sesame Thai chili dressing, to the bestselling US Angus rib eye steak that can be ordered "surf and turf" style with a grilled jumbo prawn, to the sublime Pineapple Carpaccio, its fruit poached in Malibu rum and torched like a créme brûlée, then crowned with home-made coconut ice cream in a sugar basket.

Chef Paul Huang

Chef Paul Huang left the corporate world to unleash his passion in the kitchen. In 2002, retiring after 20 years in the corporate world, he followed his bliss by taking a course at Heny Sison's Culinary School, where he was selected as "Most Promising Chef". He has sinced lived up to that title, training with Chef Ariel Manuel of Lolo Dad's and subsequently working for two years at the Mandarin Oriental Manila's Tivoli and Paseo Uno, where he was mentored by the likes of Chefs Norbert Gandler, Humphrey Navarro, and Ernie Babaran.

In 2008, he went to Singapore to work in the kitchens of Chef Emmanuel Stroobant at the Michelin-starred Saint Pierre and also at Chef Jusman So's Sage, which elegantly serves up contemporary French cuisine.

Elated that Fire Lake Grill has become one of the most preferred dining destinations in Tagaytay, Chef Paul and his team look forward to making your next trek to Tagaytay blissfully rewarding.

Fire Lake Grill has been delighting guests since its opening in March of 2005.  
Located at the Cliffhouse Tagaytay, it is one of the few elegant restaurants one will find amidst 
the native grills, burger joints and pizzerias prevalent along Aguinaldo Highway.  It is a modern, Continental grill that offers an extensive selection of grilled meats and seafood as well as innovative starters, salads, pasta, and of course, desserts.
